Return/Exchange Policies:

  • In Case Of Return/Exchange, Kindly Contact Us Within 3 Days Of Delivery
  • Return/ Exchange Are Only Accepted Within 7 Days Of Delivery
  • In Case Of Return/Exchange, The Customer Needs To Send The Approval Request at below email 
  • Refund Will Be Processed Into The Bank Account Once The Product Reaches Us & Immediately If The Order Is Cancelled By The Customer Or Cannot Be Delivered As Per Quality Standards Or Has Been Defective In The Finishing Of The Product (the refund is processed only after deducting 10% of the amount paid as charges deducted by the payment aggregator)

          Or A Credit Note Can Be Issued For      100% of the amount without any deductions

  • The Returning/Exchanging Product (s) Should Be In The Original Condition Without Any Damages
  • The Product (s) Which Mentions Refundable, Are Only Eligible For Return/Exchange
  • The Product (s) On Which Fall, Piko, Net, Tassles, Jhaalar, Phundana Or Any Customisation Is Done Are Not Eligible For Return 
  • All the Pictures Are Taken In Natural Light to Keep The Colour As Actual But Colour Variation May Be There Upto 10% Due to Camera Conditions Or Screen Or Photoshoot 

Cancellation Policies:

  • You May Cancel Your Order Within 24 Hours, If Fall, Piko, Net, Tassles, Jhaalar, Phundna Or Any Customisation Is To Be Done
